Beginning Monday, March 14, 2021, a new ticketing system will be introduced across Konverse platforms. The new platform creates a more consistent and reliable support process, enabling our Customer Success team to deliver the best service possible.

There are now two ways to submit a support ticket:

  1. By email
  2. In-app

Submit a Ticket via Email

Email with details of your issue.

Submit a Ticket In-app

Select Support Request in your platform’s Menu. You will be directed to a new page with a ticket form. Fill in key details of your request and click Submit.

How to Access Support _ Konverse

Once your ticket is submitted, it will be processed, and you can expect a response from our Customer Success team within 24 business hours via email. You can ask questions and get updates by responding to that email.

The ability to submit a ticket by posting to a Room, mentioning @Support in a Post or Comment, or sending a Private Post to @Support will no longer be available.
